Man Utd To Go Back In For Antony
Sky Sports News has been told Manchester United will go back in for Ajax forward Antony. It is thought an offer will be presented to the Dutch club this week. United tried to sign him earlier in the window but there was a big gap between what United were prepared to pay and what Ajax wanted.
It was believed Ajax’s valuation was €80m at the start of the window. Signing a forward has been a priority for Erik ten Hag all summer. Antony was a regular under Ten Hag at Ajax in the last two seasons.

Paris Saint-Germain are trying to sign Bernardo Silva from Manchester City. According to The Times, the French club are willing to pay £59 million ($71m) to land the Portugal star this summer.
Atletico reject Man Utd’s €130m bid for Joao Felix
Manchester United have had a €130m bid for Joao Felix rejected by Atletico Madrid, according to Spanish outlet AS. Atletico, the report states, have pointed to the 22-year-old forward’s €350m release clause, and are unwilling to sanction a move. Atletico signed the Portugal international from Benfica for £113m in 2019.

Rangers captain James Tavernier has signed an extension to his current long-term deal at Ibrox. The 30-year-old joined the club in the Championship in 2015 and has made 353 appearances to date, netting 85 goals from right-back.
