Arsenal are ready to throw the kitchen sink as they are preparing an incredible €100 million offer for West Ham skipper Declan Rice, according to Fichajes.

Major League side Charlotte have made two six-figure bids to try and sign Jack Byrne from Shamrock Rovers before the US transfer window slams shut on Monday, as per the 42.
The Ireland international is under contract with the Hoops for the rest of this season.
Rovers are desperate to keep hold of the 26-year-old playmaker in order to maintain their title bid, and have swiftly turned down both proposals, although talks are still ongoing over the feasibility of a transfer move.
