Manchester United and Barcelona are interested in signing 21-year-old goalkeeper. The Real Salt Lake goalkeeper David Ochoa is a player of interest to Barcelona and Manchester United, according to American journalist Tom Bogert.
Despite their stature as two of Europe’s biggest clubs, Barcelona and Manchester United are also exploring the market for potential low-cost options. It has emerged that Real Salt Lake goalkeeper Ochoa is such a target for them.
Arsenal turn down offer to sign PSG forward this summer
Premier League giants Arsenal were reportedly offered the chance to sign Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) forward Mauro Icardi this summer.
As per Fabrizio Romano (via Caught Offside), the Gunners turned down the chance to sign the Argentine international due to ‘technical and financial’ reasons. The club instead opted to sign Brazilian striker Gabriel Jesus from Manchester City for £45 million.
Pjanic willing to return to the club
Miralem Pjanic is offering himself back to Juventus after Paul Pogba’s recent injury. Juve thought they had restructured their midfield after adding the World Cup winner to it and terminating the contract of Aaron Ramsey.
But Pogba has suffered a knee injury, and he could miss the rest of this year if he undergoes surgery. This means the Bianconeri will probably have to add a new midfielder to their squad, and Pjanic has emerged as an option.
