Manchester United have been linked with Florian Wirtz for some time and the latest reports going on in the media are intriguing. Back in October, we covered a story (via Sport) stating that the Red Devils could move in with a big bid to sign the German international from Bayer Leverkusen.
More recently, TEAMtalk have reported that the player is expected to leave the Bundesliga giants and Man Utd and Liverpool lead the charge to secure his signing. Wirtz’s current contract with the Bay Arena outfit will expire in 2027 he is valued at around £95million.
