According to report, Chelsea has completed an official deal with Hull City as they have announced the signing of Harvey Vale on a season-long loan from the Blues.

According to The Mirror, Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has admitted that Arsenal ran out of time to strike a deal for Douglas Luiz.
The Premier League giants failed to reach an agreement with Aston Villa for the top player who is known for his top quality on the pitch.
In a statement by the Arsenal head coach, he said: “We pushed to strengthen the team and bring the best possible people and players to this football club. We have managed to a certain level. Time was a big limitation with what happened in the last 72 hours in our midfield.”
