Manchester United have announced that Diogo Dalot has signed a contract extension. The full-back has agreed terms on a new deal that will see him remain at Old Trafford until at least 2028, with the club having option to extend his contract by a further year. “Playing for Manchester United is one of the highest honours that you can have in football,” Dalot said.

United to make formal Mount bid

Manchester United are reportedly set to make a formal offer for Chelsea star Mason Mount as he looks increasingly likely to swap Stamford Bridge for Old Trafford.

Sky Sports have claimed that a formal approach from the Red Devils is expected, as discussions continue internally over the fee for the midfielder.

Arsenal make ‘lucrative’ offer for Fresneda

Arsenal have made a ‘lucrative’ offer for Spanish youngster Ivan Fresneda. German outlet Bild claims Borussia Dortmund are hoping to sign Fresneda this summer.

However, the report claims the right-back also has an offer on the table from the Gunners. Fresneda was linked with both Arsenal and Newcastle in the January transfer window. The teenager doesn’t turn 19 until September but has caught the eye of teams across Europe.
