Kevin De Bruyne, 30, has revealed that Chelsea has been at their very best after their current coach Thomas Tuchel arrived at the club in 2021 replacing their club legend Frank Lampard.
Thomas Tuchel has done a massive work at the club as he managed to keep the team in the top three last season despite the club suffering from the sanctions that were imposed on their former owner Roman Abramovich.
Chelsea was also among the teams that were tipped to lift the premier league title last season after winning the champions league trophy against Man City but due to injuries and covid-19, they finished third. The Blues also reached the finals of both FA cup and Carabao cup all suffering defeats by Liverpool.
Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has however revealed that next season the West London club could be difficult to beat. The Belgium international has also praised Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel for doing massive work at the club bringing it to where it is now.
“Tuchel has done great. He came in when Chelsea was struggling a little bit, but he made the team very solid, he found a system that works for them and that worked before with Conte also. It is very hard to break them down and offensively they are very strong. Next season they are also a team that is tough to beat.”
