Luis Suarez is another player who wouldn’t be forgotten easily by the Liverpool faithful. The Uruguayan star was one of the best attackers in the English Premier League during his time at Liverpool and his goal-scoring prowess was a testament to this.

The current Atletico Madrid star moved to Anfield from Ajax in 2011 and spent three years at the club before joining Barcelona. Although Luis Suarez spent the best part of his career playing alongside Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr at Barcelona, his time at Liverpool was highly eventful.

He won the Carabao Cup with Liverpool in 2012 and also finished as the highest goalscorer in the English Premier League in the 2013/14 season. Luis Suarez’s time at the club yielded 82 goals and 46 assists in just 133 appearances.

Since Mohamed Salah joined Liverpool in 2017, he has been phenomenal. The Egyptian star has been reborn at Anfield as he has looked unrecognizable from the player who flopped at Chelsea earlier in his career.

Of the three legends, it suffices to say that Mohamed Salah has been the most successful and perhaps the most influential. The former AS Roma star has won one Champions League title, one English Premier League title, one Super Cup, one FA Cup, and one Carabao Cup since moving to Liverpool. In 253 games, he has scored 156 goals and provided 63 assists.

Mohamed Salah is without a doubt the best of the three players. Many would argue that he joined Liverpool at a time when the club was stable and successful but the Egyptian’s contributions to Liverpool’s recent success are well documented. He has won more trophies and also scored more goals and assists albeit playing more games.
