Fans were initially doubtful on whether the new owner Todd Boehly would release money for signing quality players this summer transfer window. Well, the American proved everyone wrong and saw to it that Chelsea had one of their best transfers so far.
(2) Manchester United: Erik Ten Hag made sure that quality players were added to his squad for the 2022/2023 EPL campaign. He spent $261.8 million in the transfer market, and with his squad, he is expected to achieve a good result this season.
(3) West Ham United: So far, the Premier League dominated the transfer market this summer. West Ham spent $200.2 million.
(4) Tottenham Hotspur: The Antonio Conte side spent about $186.9million in the transfer market this summer.
(5) Nottingham Forest: Signing 22 players, the newly promoted club spent about $178.1million in the transfer market.
