Note that just the England Premier League spent about $1.6 Billion in the transfer market this summer.

(1) Chelsea: The blues under Todd Boehly’s regime really invested in players this summer. Chelsea spent a total of $310.2 million.

Fans were initially doubtful on whether the new owner Todd Boehly would release money for signing quality players this summer transfer window. Well, the American proved everyone wrong and saw to it that Chelsea had one of their best transfers so far.

(2) Manchester United: Erik Ten Hag made sure that quality players were added to his squad for the 2022/2023 EPL campaign. He spent $261.8 million in the transfer market, and with his squad, he is expected to achieve a good result this season.
