However, here are the four Manchester United players that should never play for them again after today’s terrible display:

1. Harry Maguire

The Manchester United record signing defender had a terrible performance this evening which gave their fans huge concern.

Because it appeared that the defender was tired both mentally and physically. Maguire was held responsible for the second goal and third goal scored by Manchester City today.

For City’s second goal, he should have cleared the ball, but he failed as the ball got into the hand of De Bruyne who blasted it past De Gea. For City’s third goal, the same Maguire had a flick and should have done better with that Mahrez’s strike.

2. Victor Lindelof

The Swedish defender also had a bad game today as he couldn’t stop Manchester City from scoring the first and the last goal of the match.

Lindelof should have done better in those areas but it appeared that Manchester City’s attack was too strong for him. Nevertheless, he will need to step up his game if he’s going to remain at Man United at the end of the season.

3. Marcus Rashford

The English forward also had a terrible performance this evening as he was neutralized most of the time Manchester United tried to attack. Maybe he missed Ronaldo’s absence today because there was no good link-up between him, Sancho, and Bruno Fernandes today.

Rashford had a quite number of ball losses and several incomplete passes, including unsuccessful dribbles too

4. Fred

The Brazilian had a tough game today as he often gets dispossessed by Man City’s players whenever he’s holding on to the ball. He failed to fall back for some of the goals scored by City.

De Bruyne and Mahrez both scored two goals each for Man City as Sancho was also on target for Man United . The pressure is now on Ralf Rangnick as they are now technically out of the top four.
