Over many years spent in the same location, residents of a town are likely to observe some physical changes. Proper administration of public funding and thriving commercial activity are crucial to a city’s growth. Our towns have developed in many ways, including infrastructure, employment prospects, and health care.
When ranking Kenyan towns in terms of development you will be able to recognize that Nairobi is in a class of its own. According to statistics, the capital city of this country is one of the fastest-growing towns in Africa. Below are some of the fastest-growing towns in our country in 2022.
1. Mombasa
Mombasa is without a doubt one of the most stunning places in the world in which a person might choose to spend their weekend or holiday. In addition to that, the location is a significant tourist destination for people from both inside and outside of the country.
When it first started receiving cargo deliveries brought in by ships, the city was nothing more than a small town. However, since that time, its growth has been phenomenal. I believe it is fair to say that the location of the city has been of great assistance to its growth.
2. Eldoret
If a person wants to swiftly adjust to life, it is recommended that they find permanent residence in a town similar to this one. When compared to life in Nairobi and Mombasa, the cost of living is slightly lower in Eldoret.
This is one of the towns in Kenya that is growing at a faster rate than others due to the proliferation of businesses and infrastructure both inside and outside of the town. Lands can also be found at more affordable costs, which attracts investors who settle in quite successfully.
3. Nakuru
Together with Eldoret, Nakuru is the best example of a place or town where one may get by with a relatively low cost of living. The presence of tourist attraction locations has contributed significantly to the rapid growth of the town of Nakuru.
