The Blues are also active in bringing in players. They have already brought in two dangerous forwards who will help in Pochettino’s attacking style of football.

Apart from these two first team signings that the Blues have made, players who are on loan are expected to return ahead of the upcoming season. Last season was a nightmare for almost all the Chelsea players.

Although a few of them performed brilliantly, but a huge number of Chelsea stars underperformed, which is maybe because of the constant managerial changes. Christian Pulisic

Since the American international arrived from Borussia Dortmund, he has blown hot and cold. Although he has delivered some impressive performances on several occasions, but constant injury hampered his performance at Chelsea. The forward will be keen to regain his old self under Pochettino.

Romelu Lukaku

Inter Milan are reluctant to sign the Belgium international permanently despite his flourishing performances for the Serie A club. His loan contract has expired and he’s expected to return to Chelsea.

Since he joined the Blues for the second time, Lukaku hasn’t been impressive, but will be keen on working under Pochettino to see if he can rejuvenate his Chelsea career.

Mudryk Mykhailo

Despite the hefty money spent in the Ukrainian, he has failed to leave up to his hype at Stamford Bridge. Mudryk is still young and Pochettino has the record of getting the best out of young and talented players. I believe he can work on him during the upcoming preseason ahead of the 2023/24 season.
