1. Sugary Foods and Drinks; this is one of the things you should stay away from as an arthritic patient. Reason being that high consumption of sugar can multiply inflammatory proteins known as cytokines which can directly worsen the bone and joint inflammation. So every person suffering from arthritis should endeavour to stay away from sugar for the sake of the health.

2. Alcohol; this is another thing you need to stay away from as an arthritic patient. 3. Foods High In salt; eating salty foods can also worsen your arthritis symptoms. So people who are suffering from arthritis should endeavour to stay away from salty and sugary foods.
