Reacting to a report that ranked Kenya’s women as the fourth most beautiful women in Africa, the two women said the position was underserved.
In the report, Ethiopian women ranked first, Nigerians came second, then Tanzanians, followed by Kenyans and South Africans in fourth and fifth positions, respectively.
According to the two, Tanzanians deserved to be ranked first since all women in the Samia Suluhu-led country are beautiful.
In response, irked Kenyans on social media called out the two for disparaging fellow women for clout.
Some Kenyan men, however, support the Tanzanian women’s sentiments.

During a tour of Tanzania in January 2024, a Kenyan man praised the country’s women, saying they are the most beautiful.
He added that, unlike their Kenyan counterparts, Tanzanian women are down-to-earth, resourceful, polite, caring, interesting, patient and attentive.
