He made this statement, pointing out that the Supreme Court never mentioned the issue of forfeiture that was imposed on the second respondent for the proceeds of narcotics and money laundering by the District Court of Illinois.

In a video posted by News Central Television, Kenneth stated that the Supreme Court acknowledged that the non-unloading of results by IReV affected the confidence of Nigerians in the election. He alleged that the Supreme Court agreed that the 2023 presidential election was not credible.

According to him, “I disagree respectfully, even though the decision is binding. The Supreme Court has the authority to interpret the Constitution; it is their prerogative as the arm of government impugn with the power to interpret, and that is the interpretation they have given to it, and it is binding on us all.

The only paragraph that the Supreme Court brought to the attention of the world, which was quite interesting, is that the Supreme Court agreed that the non-uploading of the result by IReV reduced the confidence of the people in the election, and I heard it clearly.

This means that the Supreme Court agrees that the election was not credible, or as credible as it ought to have been if the results were uploaded.
