The 23 year old Nigerian international has been enjoying a blistering goal scoring form so far this season which has made him compete at the peak in the race for the Golden Boot award.
He was however able to replicate the same tempo for his team yesterday in the thrilling and keenly contested encounter that ended two all draw at full time, as he scored a stunning goal which was instrumental in rescuing a vital point for his team.
The first half of the game hanged on the balance with nothing separating the two sides going into the half time break before the visitor got the score sheet opened in the 61st minute with a goal from Breel Embolo to make it one nil.
The host responded well after conceding the lead and as such scored two straight goals from Dango Quattara and Terem Moffi in the 75th and 77th minute respectively to make it two goals to one, before Wissam Ben Yedder got the visitor levelled in 92nd minute to end the game two all draw at full time thereby ended no victor no vanquished.
Terem Moffi with his great influx of influence in the game has now scored his 11th league goal of the season which is now the second most of any player in the competition alongside Brazil’s Neymar Junior, and will be hoping to keep the tempo and momentum going for his team in their next game as they continue their pursuit in the competition.
