But it is significant to pause for a moment and keep your calm, especially when things go bad. Following these strategies can help you when you are feeling overwhelmed.

Breathe

Breathing is the most effective technique to keep your calm. When we are anxious or angry, we tend to take quick breaths. Taking long, deep calming breaths disrupts the loop of fight-or-flight response, helping you to calm down.

Take a short walk
