They had an average 0.4 point per game and scored an average of 0.8 goal per game. This shows that no player is willing to step up for Manchester United whenever Cristiano Ronaldo is absent from the team.
However, Manchester United were able to win 14 games out 30 games that Cristiano Ronaldo featured for the red devils. The red devils were able to accumulate an average of 1.63 points per game and also had 1.53 goals per game.
From the above statistics, it is obvious that Cristiano Ronaldo’s presence in Manchester United squad was the only reason why Manchester United were able to finish in the sixth position.
