The party particularly pointed out that the customs flyover commissioned at N4.3bilion by President Muhammadu Buhari, just about a month ago, has come within the notice of obsevants who reported that it had already shown signs of cracking up.
In his own statement, Hon. Ali Bukar, the Borno state chairman of the All Progressive Congress(APC), described the allegations as fraudulent.
According to a statement signed by Amos Adziba, the opposition PDP publicity secretary in the state, “it received with dismay calls, and messages from concerned citizens of Borno State, expressing their concern for public safety, and wastages of public funds, on substandard projects by the Borno state government over the years.”
Mr. Adziba also said that since inception of this present administration, Governor Zulum has executed over 600 projects comprising roads, and drainage networks, and other infrastructures too numerous to mention.
