Some of the changes you notice in your body when you begin to age include.

1. Your Sexual Function After menopause

When menstruation stops and levels of estrogen drop, many women experience physical changes, such as lowered female organ lubrication. These changes can also lower your intimacy drive. For men, advancing age is often followed by male rise dysfunction.

2. Your Brain

As you age, your digestive tract slows down and doesn’t contract as often as it did at your young age, which can cause constipation, stomach pain, and feelings of nausea. Many medications also lead to constipation. To get rid of these digestive issues, it is recommended that you follow a diet that’s rich in fiber and drink enough fluids.
