Sweaty palms and feet can be embarrassing, especially when the temperature isn’t conducive to sweating.

Sweaty palms and feet stink when they’re persistent, and they can be irritating, especially when interactions (as simple as shaking other people’s hands, writing, passing on objects, and so on) are unavoidable, causing people to raise their eyebrows (when everything is ‘wet’ (possibility of spreading germs- the first thing that comes to people’s minds).

1. Tomatoes

Tomatoes aid to relieve sweaty palms and feet by lowering body temperature, which reduces excessive sweating. It also contains an astringent that lowers sweating by shrinking pores (which is why it’s also good for facial skin).

How to use:

1. Cut a fresh tomato in half and rub it over sweaty areas of the body.

2. Set the timer for 15-20 minutes.

3. Finish by rinsing as usual.

1. Squeeze the juice from fresh tomatoes into a bowl.

How to use:

1. Squeeze a fresh lemon to extract the juice.

2. Mix in the baking soda until a paste forms. 3. Apply the paste to sweaty areas of the body and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing it off.

When using lemon, avoid excessive sun exposure because it makes the skin more sensitive to sunlight.
