Here are some signs that may indicate a twin pregnancy:

1. Elevated hCG levels: Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a hormone produced by the placenta after a fertilized egg has implanted in the uterus. Women carrying twins generally have higher levels of hCG, which can be detected in a blood or urine test.

2. Increased morning sickness: Women carrying twins may experience more severe morning sickness, which can last longer and be more intense than in a singleton pregnancy.
