During a recent church service, the 46-year-old First Daughter recounted how she and her husband, Odreck Rwabwogo, faced the daunting prospect of losing their Buziga home to a bank due to unpaid mortgage loans.

The couple had purchased the property 18 years ago, making a significant down payment and committing to regular mortgage payments. However, their business faced challenges, leading to missed payments and accumulating interest.

“We were paying the loan with income from our business. At some point, we had struggles with our business and we got behind in the mortgage and the interest started piling,” she narrated.

The situation became dire when they received a warning letter from the bank, threatening to advertise their home for sale unless they settled the outstanding amount within seven days.

Mrs. Rwabwogo attributed their salvation to divine intervention, stating, “By God’s grace, we found the necessary funds, paid the interest, and brought our account up to date.”

Over the next seven years, they diligently worked to clear the entire mortgage, ultimately securing their home.This personal testimony was part of Mrs. Rwabwogo’s sermon on trusting God and fearlessly following His guidance.

Beyond her pastoral duties, she is a successful entrepreneur with multiple ventures in agriculture, according to her father, Gen Museveni.

Since graduating from university in Minnesota, USA, Patience has demonstrated a keen entrepreneurial spirit, initiating a grain milling business before venturing into cattle farming.
