Sadio Mane performed impressively after joining Bayern Munich, while Liverpool started the season poorly. Liverpool performance this season has been very poor, and a lot of fans believe this poor performance is because of the absence of Sadio Mane in the team. Mohammed Salah’s performance has also dropped, ever since Mane left the team.
Mane was signed by Bayern Munich to replace Lewandowski who joined Barcelona. It was believed that Mane would perform better than Lewandowski, because he was playing in the premier league which is tougher than the Bundesliga.
However, Mane has not been able to replace Lewandowski. Sadio Mane currently has four goals in eight appearances for Bayern Munich. Despite the presence of Sadio Mane, Bayern Munich were unable to win three of their last matches.
Manes’s performance in Bayern Munich Proves that he needs Liverpool as much as the team needs him, and so he is not worth the hype he is getting.
