Roman Abramovich, the former owner of Chelsea Football club, was so successful at Chelsea because of his zero tolerance for managers who underperformed.
The present owners of Chelsea Football club have started from where Roman Abramovich stopped. This is an indication that they will be successful even more than Roman Abramovich was.
The news making the waves is that, Chelsea’s Champions League winner, Thomas Tuchel has been sacked by the management after losing to Dinamo Zagreb in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday evening.
The decision to sack Thomas Tuchel by the management was an outstanding decision, and it shows that Chelsea’s management are ready to challenge for titles. The two things about Chelsea’s new management that show they will continue to win the title for Chelsea are;
1. The new Chelsea’s management have spent more money in the transfer market than the Chelsea former owner, Roman Abramovich, would have spent in the just closed transfer window.
One of the things a club can do to be successful is buying players, and that is what Todd Boehly and the management of Chelsea’s Football club have done. Just 100 day as the owner of Chelsea, they have spent more money in the transfer market than has ever been spent in a single transfer market.
2. They are not patient with managers who underperform; this is what made Roman Abramovich to succeed as the owner of Chelsea. After sacking Thomas Tuchel, I believe that the new Chelsea’s owners are ready to win titles at Chelsea.
