The 18 year old midfield maestro retained his spot in his team’s starting XI line-up having been considered as a key figure in the squad under Xavi Hernandez and he was able to prove himself yet again with his great influx of influence.
Gavira Pablo was a big threat in the opposition box in the whole 90 minutes duration where he created a couple of chances and was as such directly involved in all three goals scored by his team.
The football youngster opened the scoring sheet in the first half before he bagged an assist to set up Robert Lewandowski who doubled the lead for Barcelona just before the half time break which ended two goals to nil.
In the 69th minute of the game, Gavira Pablo completed his brace of assist by setting up Pedri Gonzalez who got the lead extended for his team to make it three nil, after which Karim Benzema got the deficit reduced for the Los Blancos in the late minute to the end of the game which ended three goals to one at full time.
After the game, Gavira Pablo was named as the winner for the Man of the Match award following his outstanding performance for the Los Blaugranas in the show of the night which was a well deserved one.
He will then be hoping to keep the tempo and momentum going for his team in their next game as they continue their pursuit in the current campaign.
