And now, it appears Chelsea will go back in for Romeo Lavia.

Super-agent Haydn Dodge recently spoke out about Todd Boehly and his plans to put an executive board together.

When doing so, he added that Lavia is one of the players top of the Blues’ January transfer list:

“Todd Boehly is about to put an executive board together consisting of three people. The three people are Stuart Webber, Christian Vivel, and Joe Shields,” he said.

“One of the players at the top of their list to bring in, in January will be Southampton’s Romeo Lavia, who, in my opinion, is a superstar in the making and Belgium’s future captain.”

Lavia joined Southampton from Manchester City over the summer and had a superb start to life with the Saints, including playing a key role in a 2-1 win over Chelsea.

The Belgian has been sidelined with a hamstring problem since that game, but returned over the weekend vs Newcastle.
