Serie A powerhouses AC Milan and Roma have allegedly accepted offers from Paris St. Germain for midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum.
After just one season with the club, the French giants are eager to unload the former Liverpool star. The Serie A champions AC Milan and Jose Mourinho’s Roma have both reportedly made offers for Wijnaldum.
With only 18 league starts, the Dutchman’s first season with PSG was underwhelming. Les Parisiens are willing to let him go because of his poor play, but Roma and AC Milan are reportedly put off by his salaries.
The Italian teams are looking into the potential of a loan agreement, although PSG would have to pay 50% of his rumored £146k-a-week salary.
PL Club Rules Out Move For United Star
According to a report released by Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham have ruled out a possible move for Manchester United star, Jesse Lingard. The sensational winger will be out of contract in August, and he is keen on securing a move to another club before the end of the summer transfer window.
Jesse Lingard was surplus to requirement at Manchester United under Ole Solksjaer and Rangnick last season. The talented forward mustered just 16 league appearances last term, scoring two goals and recording zero assist.
