The Premier League giants have been in a good run of form for the most part of the 2021/2022 season and are currently occupying the 2nd position on the Premier League table.
Coupled with that, Liverpool have also been impressive in other competitions and are in the finals of the English FA Cup and the UEFA Champions League competition.
But now, Liverpool could be rocked with reports that experienced forward Sadio Mane could be on his way out of the club when the summer transfer window opens.
The 30-year-old Senegal International, who signed up for Liverpool after leaving Southampton in 2016 has been an important member of the first-team squad over the previous seasons.
The experienced left-winger was heavily involved for Liverpool during the 2020/2021 season where he scored 16 goals and created nine assists in 48 appearances in all competitions.
Sadio Mane has also continued in his impressive form for Liverpool so far this ongoing 2021/2022 season, scoring 21 goals and providing four assists in the 47 matches he has played.
But then, Sadio Mane has just one year left on his current contract with Liverpool and having not signed a new contract, he could be planning to leave the club in the summer.
And according to reports from Daily Mail, Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are closely monitoring his contract situation at Liverpool as they aim to sign him next summer.
The reports further claimed that Bayern Munich are really interested in Sadio Mane and have already started talks with him ahead of the summer transfer window.
But then, it remains to be seen if Sadio Mane will have a change of mind and sign a new contract at Liverpool or he will be interested in a move to join Bayern Munich when the transfer window opens.
