The 24-year-old England International, who gained promotion to the Chelsea first-team squad back in 2019 has been an important member of the team in recent seasons.
The young attacking midfielder has been quite involved for Chelsea football club so far this 2022/2023 season, scoring three goals and providing six assists in 32 appearances in all competitions.
His excellent performances in midfield is believed to have caught the attention of Liverpool and according to reports from Daily Mail, the Premier League side are keen on signing him.
The reports further claimed that Liverpool football club are really interested in Mason Mount and are now making moves to lure him away from the Stamford Bridge.
It is believed that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp wants to overhaul his current contract and he has identified Mason Mount as a needed addition to his squad in the summer.
And with just one year left on his current contract, it remains to be seen if Chelsea football club will be willing to cash in on Mason Mount when the transfer window opens.
