France started the tournament with op-level performances as they won their first two games comfortably in Group D. They lost the final game of the group to Tunisia but still qualify as leaders of the group.

In the knockout stages, they beat Poland 3-1 in the round of 16 and England 2-1 in the quarter-finals. They will play Morocco in the semi-final and many people expect the game to be tough because Morocco has been excellent in the tournament.

However, Terry on who will win the World Cup said “Out of the 4 left, it is going to be an Argentina vs France final. The fairytale says Messi and Argentina doesn’t, but France is probably too strong, so France [to win it]”

Terry is right because, in terms of teamwork, squad depth, togetherness, and quality, France look to have them more than any other team.
