The Gunners performed terribly in the game as they couldn’t beat the home side’s defence despite having a lot of clear chances to do so.

The opening goal came in the second half of the fixture as Joey Veermann scored in the 55th minute before Dutch International, Luuk De Jong eventually sealed the match win for his side with a goal in the 63rd minute.

Arsenal fans were displeased with their performance tonight as they blamed Mikel Arteta for their side embarrassing loss and in all honesty they have every right to be angry with the Spanish International.

I think Arteta underestimated PSV Eindhoven as he didn’t make use of a tactical lineup for the game which eventually led to his side’s defeat in the Europa League.
