Speaking during an interview on Nigeria Info FM’s ‘Dailies Today’ program on Thursday morning, Disu opined that though Obi may be feeling pained about the way and manner in which he lost to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), it was vital, however important for him to formally speak to his followers across the country, especially those who feel they have been short-changed by INEC’s conduct during the elections.
“By the way, I think Obi should be prompted to speak formally to his supporters. Maybe he is also down, who knows? However, the Labour Party have said they will go to court over how the elections were conducted by INEC, whether they will do so in partnership with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), I honestly don’t know.”
