Our competition opener at home to Wolves on Monday 14 August (20:00 BST kick-off) was already set in stone following the initial fixtures announcement in June.

And now, the make-up of the first two months in our league season has become clearer, with the league confirming the latest broadcast picks.

United’s three away matches in the Premier League during the aforementioned period – at Tottenham, Arsenal and Burnley – have all been moved and will be shown live on television in the UK.

The first of those comes less than a week after we kick off the campaign at home to Wolves, when we travel to Spurs on Saturday 19 August. The date for that match will stay the same as initially billed, but will now kick off at 17:30 BST and be broadcast on Sky Sports.

On the first weekend of September, our clash with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium will also be shown on Sky, and has been changed from Saturday 2 to Sunday 3, with a 16:30 BST start time.

Later in the month, we’ll head to Turf Moor to face newly promoted Burnley, for a meeting that remains in the diary for Saturday 23 September. However, this will now be an evening encounter (20:00 BST KO), with supporters able to watch on TNT Sports (formerly BT Sport).
