According to him, Satan got the power from God because he was intimate with Him before he deceived some angels to turn against God. He received light and power and they remained with him. He said Satan was once a light bearer and the power cannot be taken away from him even as he is no longer in heaven because it has become part of his DNA.
Buttressing his points, he said if he was a herbalist and his eyes were opened to some powers, he won’t lose such powers even if he becomes born again. The agency that “sponsors” the power will change but the power will still be in him.
“Once have I spoken, twice have you heard that all powers belong to God. If that is the case, what power does Satan use to destroy man? Where did he get it from? I will tell you. It is not just because he was once a Cherub who deceived one-third of the angels, but the truth is that once you have received light, the imprint of that light remains with you and it becomes part of your DNA. Satan was once a light bearer who had intimacy with God. Even if he is now a fallen angel, it cannot be undone again. He God the power from God”, he said.
