Ten Hag’s main priority is claimed to searching for a striker, a defensive midfielder and a centreback but as per the latest reports, the Dutch international is close to agreeing his first summer signing.
According to SportsWitness, Man United are close to agreeing a deal of Barcelona’s ace Frankie De Jong with player ready to pack his bags ahead of move to Old Trafford.
It’s claimed that Ten Hag is keen on reuniting with De Jong having viewed him as a perfect target to add strength and skills in pack of of McFred pivot that has arguably failed to meet the expectations of United’s fans.
Ideally if news in the media is anything to go by, then De Jong will be a good signing for Ten Hag.
Meanwhile, United are still considering to make a move for Darwin Nunez, Pau Torres and Jurien Timber.
