Speaking in Siaya county on Saturday during the burial of Collins, Mr Orengo said that they have fought for the country together with Mr Odinga and is still hopeful that the path to success of veteran politician to lead the people of Kenya and Africa is still very clear.
Orengo added that even if Mr Odinga will be going to lead the African Union Commission as a chairperson, he is still confident that the former Prime Minister will return home and lead the country in the capacity of a President.
“I have no doubt in my mind that what God has prepared you for is just a matter of time. I still believe that we are in a path to success of Raila Odinga being the leader of the people of Kenya and Africa. I personally believe Addis Ababa is just a place to rest when we are waiting for the real price.” Orengo said
