In just one match against Estonia, Messi has equaled the total number of goals Ronaldo has against them in several meetings.

I know this opinion is unpopular, but what Messi has done tonight should raise legitimate questions.

Would Ronaldo be the highest goalscorer in the history of International football if he was playing against South American teams?

Because from what we just saw, Messi could easily hold that title had he been playing the likes of Estonia and all the plenty below average European footballing nations like Ronaldo does.
