An aggregate of 14 Barcelona players has already been called up to their respective countries. Below are the lists of players and their countries:
SPAIN
The likes of Pedri, Gavi, Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba, Eric Garcia, and Ferran Torres have been called up.
GERMANY
Marc-Andre ter Stegen, for one, has been rewarded for his blistering start to the season with a call-up to the German national side.
FRANCE
Jules Kounde and Ousmane Dembele have been selected for the French squad. Dembele’s selection is quite significant as the winger is making his return to the Les Bleus squad after a while. He has been rewarded for his consistent performances at Barcelona throughout the new year.
DENMARK
The former Chelsea man, Andreas Christensen, is set to feature in the Denmark squad.
URUGUAYAN
Ronald Araujo has been selected for the Uruguayan team as ever.
BRAZIL
The former Leeds United winger continues with the Brazilian national team. Raphinha has enjoyed a good start to the season, and his qualities could be useful for the Selecao, not only for the coming friendlies but also in the coming World Cup.
SPAIN’S U21
Two more players featuring for their respective national teams are Arnau Tenas and Alejandro Balde, although both of them are only set to feature for Spain’s U21 squad.
