He took to  Instagram to credit one of the Blues players who perhaps would not be front of queue for praise following the dominant victory at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea put in a performance many believe they had been threatening to carry out for a while now, however didn’t stumble like normal on their way to a big 6-0 win.

The star of the show was yet again Cole Palmer, with the England international finding the net four times to keep his electric run going.

That run has actually stretched throughout the season now, with him sitting as the joint top scorer in the Premier League.

Jackson also found the net in the first half, however somewhat overshadowed his own display later on when he involved himself in an argument over the taking of a penalty.

Mauricio Pochettino was left unhappy with the situation, and will not have had his mood boosted when the striker seemed to blank him after being subbed off.

The Senegal international was a little more complimentary of one of his teammates though at least, sending praise the way of Thiago Silva for his performance.

Injuries at the back saw the Brazilian make it consecutive games on the pitch after being left on the bench for plenty before this.

He followed up his goal last time out against Sheffield United, however this time there was a lot more security at the back in the makeshift backline.

The veteran star is in the last year of his 110k-a-week contract, with there currently no plans to extend his stay at the club.
