1. Absence Of injured Wilfred Ndidi

The Nigeria midfielder will miss Ghana’s World Cup qualifier after suffering a serious knee injury in Thursday’s Europa League clash with the France side Rennes.

While Coach Eguavoen continues to be successful as he has plenty of players who can fit into Ndidi’s shoes, the absence of Leicester City holding midfielders is a major setback for the Super Eagles.

The likes of Innocent Bonke, Frank Onyeka and Oghenekaro Etebo could struggle with Black Stars midfielders without the present of Wilfred Ndidi.

With the first leg match at Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi, thousands of fans will been present to support the Black Stars.

3. Nigeria’s Defensive Issues
