In the 17th minute of the match, Miguel Almiron scored the opening goal for Newcastle United. His strike came as a follow-up after goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma parried away Alexander Isak’s initial effort.
The goal put Newcastle in a strong position, and they looked to build on their early advantage and in the 39th minutes, Dan Burn added the second goal.
Few minutes into the second half, Newcastle scored their third goal through Sean Longstaff and despite going three goals down, Paris Saint Germain never gave up and they finally found the back of the net in the 56th minute through defender Lucas Hernandez.
After pulling a goal back, the vaito pushed hard for another goal in a bid to find their way back into the game, but a late goal from Fabian Schar in the dying minutes of the game put the result beyond doubt and sealed the three points for Newcastle United…CONTINUE READING
