Freshly squeezed lemon juice, from half a lemon

2 tablespoons of Himalayan salt

You will need to take the cup of water and then warm it up. Just before it reaches its boiling point, remove the water from the heat and then put the rest of the ingredients (Himalayan salt, and the lemon juice) in the water, mix all of them together, and your drink is now ready.

The Himalayan salt carries sulfur, magnesium, potassium, iron, calcium and other minerals, that will make you feel good, and these minerals may even encourage your body to stay in good overall health. Also, these minerals are great, due to the fact the human body absorbs them easily.
