The new signing trained with his teammates for the first time as the Blues prepare to take on Jurgen Klopp’s side in the premier league this weekend.
The 22 year old winger joined Chelsea for a fee of £88 million from Shakhtar Donetsk and it was a huge blow to the Gunners because they were also in the race for the highly rated forward. Arsenal pulled out of the race after Chelsea submitted their bid for the Ukrainian forward.
Mudryk could start against Liverpool on Saturday since he has started training with Chelsea’s first team. Manchester United new signing Wout Weghorst recently joined the club and Ten Hag used him as a starter against Crystal Palace.
Mykhailo Mudryk trained alongside the likes of Ben Chilwell and Reece James. The two first team players have been out since due to injuries. Graham Potter will be hoping that the two players get back to fitness ahead of their clash with Liverpool on Saturday.
