After a poor first half of the season that has left the blues seated on 10th position on the English Premier League table, 10 points away from top 4, the time has come for them to start winning matches on a consistent basis.
Thankfully, the January transfer window has been an incredible window for them as they have added immense quality to their team.
Following Graham Potter’s update on the available team for the Fulham game, this is how I expect Chelsea to line up.
In defence, Thiago Silva, Badiashile, Cucurella and Chalobah should start in front of Kepa. Reece James who just returned from injury should start on the bench and come in maybe with 20 minutes left in the match.
In midfield, Enzo Fernandez and Connor Gallagher should start with Mason Mount in front of them as Kovacic, Zakaria and Kante are still out.
In attack, Mudryk Havertz and Sterling should start. Some might say Noni Madueke should start on the right, but it wouldn’t be ideal to have all the new signings starting for the first time together. They still need a couple of more training sessions to be able to gel.
