According to a video shared on Daddy Freeze’s Instagram, Dikeh explained that initially, Mohbad’s father had planned for a prompt burial but reconsidered after being promised financial compensation.
The delay in burial is attributed to the influence of these financial commitments on the late singer’s father’s decision-making.
Dikeh stressed the role of concerned Nigerians in advocating for justice, specifically mentioning their efforts leading to the exhumation of Mohbad’s body for an autopsy.
She emphasized the pivotal part played by those pushing for justice in ensuring that due processes were followed in investigating the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death.
The autopsy, initially resisted by the late singer’s father, eventually took place, revealing critical information.
