Making his return from injury, The Englishman proved his worth in the Manchester United lineup.
He played a pivotal role in the buildup to the opening goals. His involvement in setting up Alejandro Garnacho for the first goal showed his creativity, additionally, Mount’s brilliant corner delivery contributed to the team’s second goal.
Alejandro Garnacho
The Argentine starlet had spent some time on the bench in previous matches, seized the opportunity to shine in this game, he opened the scoring to put the Manchester based outfit in control.
However, Garnacho’s impact wasn’t limited to scoring; his link-up play was exceptional, adding a dynamic dimension to Manchester United’s attack.
Facundo Pellistri
The winger showed flair and pace on the wings throughout the first half. He posed a constant threat to the Crystal Palace defense, causing them numerous problems.
