The controversial lawyer stated that he swore Raila Odinga in, gave him the power which he deserved because he won an election but Raila Odinga ran away from it and recognized retired President Uhuru Kenyatta.
“I swore in Raila Odinga. I gave him the power, which he deserved, because he won an election, but the greedy man ran away from it, and recognized an illegitimate imposter. That is the tragedy of Africa.”Lawyer Miguna Miguna stated.
Miguna went on to say that no statute or law in Kenya prohibited him from swearing in the ODM leader.
“Had Raila refused to surrender, we would have complete democracy in Kenya. Elections would never be questioned. We would have put an end to it. If Raila Odinga had done what I told him, he would not be crying in the streets today. Let him cry very loudly,” Miguna added.
Miguna Miguna was first deported in February 2018 after taking part in the swearing-in of ODM leader Raila as the ‘People’s President’ at Uhuru Park on January 30, 2018. He holds dual citizenship for Kenya and Canada, where he was deported..CONTINUE READING>>
