A thick white, yellow, or green discharge from the tip of the genital may be a sign of gonorrhea. A clear discharge may be an indication of chlamydia.

Patch problems

You notice a reddish, velvety swath of skin on the shaft of your genital just below the head. It could just be a little bit of chafed skin, you think. And you’ re probably right. Swollen testicles

Orchitis (inflammation of the testicles) can be caused by many things, but STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia are the most common causes. There may also be pain and a sensation of heaviness.

Painful Orgasms

Pain in the testicles or lower back and anywhere around the penile area after orgasm sometimes could be much more than a sign of overexertion/exhaustion. Painful ejaculation can be an indicator of an inflammatory condition of the prostate, as well as of enlarged prostate or even cancer. If this happens then you need to get medical help.
