“Real Madrid always has in mind to win all-time, ” Vazquez told EFE after a golf tournament hosted by the Association of Former Real Madrid Footballers.
“When you win the two most important titles in a single season, the league cup and the champions league, you can’t keep asking for more and more when you weren’t even one of the people’s favourites at the beginning.”
Vazquez stated that the success of this season has been due to the team, the squad, and the coaching staff, who have all worked together and have been very United. That ultimately leads to success.”
Vazquez also addressed Kylian Mbappe’s decision to remain at PSG this summer, stating that it will come at a cost.
“One thing about Mbappe is that it is difficult to analyze him without information. Everything appeared to be in order, but it did not materialize.
Vazquez made it known that Mbappe’s decision to reject Real Madrid will have a cost.
